Returns and refunds


Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Pinkyminky. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify me within seven days of the delivery date and return the goods to Pinkyminky’s Handmade and Original Shop, c/o Jane Livesey, 9 Warwick Avenue, West Didsbury, MANCHESTER, M20 2LL, UK. Items will be refunded or exchanged, provided that you do not use the thing; it is in the same re-sellable condition as when you first bought it, and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Dolls must be returned in their original box with all labels attached. Post and package costs are non-refundable, and I am not held responsible for returns that do not reach me.

Any claim by you regarding any shortages and defects in the goods must be notified to us within seven days of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the invoice number; failure to notify us will be deemed acceptance of the goods. If you make a valid claim regarding any shortages or defects, and I am liable for the assertion, I will make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge or refund the price of the goods in question to you. In addition, for defective* goods, I will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the goods, but shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify me accordingly, I shall have no liability for any defects, and you shall be bound to pay for the goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

*This does not include signs of wear on vintage elements or quirks of being handmade.
